Tambayayong: MEDICAL-Dental- Legal MISSION

The event provided vital services to those in need, with the participation of four doctors, namely: Dr. Branch Bacal, Dr. Nestor Camarinta, Dr. Ian Fernandez and Dr. Dara Gamil; four lawyers, namely: Atty. Brawn Ballentos, Atty. Alexzandra Castillo, Atty. Nichelle Gaid and Atty. Dariel Palasan, and; three dentists, namely Dr. Shera Lou Ras-Bomediano, Dr. Ma. Victoria Quijada-Lorejo and Dr. Brian LoreJo. There were also other volunteers like: three barbers, forty-nine members from Barangay and Sangguniang Kabataan Councils of Matangad, health workers and barangay tanods. Together they delivered the following impactful outcomes: 250 beneficiaries went through medical consultations, check-up and were provided free medicines; 124 for dental extractions; 24 clients were provided legal assistance through consultations and notarization; 150 pairs of slippers were distributed to children; 60 food packs were distributed to senior citizens,; 100 enjoyed free haircuts; 250 beneficiaries were provided with free reading glasses and everyone present was treated to hot servings of arroz caldo and champorado. Thus, no one went home empty-handed.

A significant part of the success of the event is owed to our generous sponsors whose unwavering support made the initiative possible. To them, we extend our heartfelt gratitude. We are very thankful for the District Grant from the Rotary Foundation through Rotary International District 3870 under the leadership of District Governbor Hubert Quiblat. This mission reinforces the importance of reaching out to those who have more in life to share their blessings to those who have less. By fostering a culture of generosity and compassion, we create a ripple effect of positive change that uplifts entire communities
