Becoming an Uplift Scholar of the Rotary Club was not just a milestone in my academic journey; it was a transformative experience that shaped my life in profound ways. From the moment I was accepted into the program in grade 7 until I walked across the stage at my high school graduation, the Uplift Scholarship was a guiding light that carried me through challenges and opened doors that might have otherwise remained closed.
Whatever rotary may mean to us, to the world it will be known by the result it achieves.
